How to Donate
All donations over $2 are tax deductible. You can contribute to our fundraising tally by donating in several ways.
If you are donating in memory or support of a loved one and would like them included on our "Tributes" pages please email us with their details and we shall include them for you.
Online using your credit card with the Cancer Council WA's secure website.
Go to Cancer Council WA Website
When asked "I wish my gift to support:" choose: Relay for Life
When asked "Please specify Team Captain's Name, Team Name and Local Relay:" copy and paste: Rebecca Harding, Faith, Hope & Charity, Peel-Mandurah WA
You will receive a tax receipt by mail.

Print out this credit card authority form and fax back or post directly to the Cancer Council WA.

Please include your name and address and a tax receipt will be posted to you immediately.

Request a Team Support Form
This allows you to pay directly into the Cancer Council Bank Account. You will be given an id # to quote as your reference and your donation will go towards our Team Tally. If you would like to donate this way please email us a request for a "Team Support Form" quoting the following details:
